How is Neho’s fixed fee different from a traditional commission?

Unlike traditional real estate agents who charge a commission of 2.5% to 3%, Neho offers a transparent fixed rate. This model is not only fairer but also more economical: our clients save on average 25,000 francs on the sale of their property. This fixed package offers total transparency on costs and allows sellers to plan their project with complete peace of mind, without surprises or hidden costs.

How does Neho market a house or apartment?

To ensure optimal visibility, we use professional photographers to produce high-quality visuals, an immersive virtual tour and precise laser plans. These elements help present each property in its best light and immediately capture the attention of potential buyers. Once these materials are prepared, the ad is distributed on more than 30 real estate portals, covering the entire regional, national and international market. At the same time, we use our database of more than 200,000 registered buyers to target the most relevant profiles. Our sales teams then contact these qualified buyers to validate their interest and support them in their considerations. After organizing the visits, we also take care of all the negotiation to obtain the best conditions for our clients, until the final signature before a notary.

How do you achieve the best sales price for your customers?

The best price is always the result of a global strategy. First, an accurate estimate is essential to understanding buyer expectations and setting a market-consistent selling price. Next comes the sale and distribution strategy: the more potential buyers we reach, the more likely we are to find the one who will be willing to pay the best price. Finally, obtaining the best price relies on effective negotiations. If there is sufficient interest, we recommend an auction procedure to maximize the sale price.

The current real estate market looks in better shape in 2025 compared to 2 years ago. Can you tell us more about this?

The real estate market is experiencing an upsurge in buyers looking for properties this year. After mortgage rates rose in early 2022, uncertainty had led many potential buyers to pull out of the market. Today, the stabilization of mortgage rates at a lower level has led to an increase in demand for residential properties.

I am particularly proud of our clients’ satisfaction with our brokerage service. We have supported more than 7,500 owners in the sale of their property. Supporting a couple or a family in the sale of their property so that they can realize a new project is always a great source of satisfaction.
