Casablanca. Radisson launches construction of two new dual-brand hotels and serviced apartments

The American group Radisson Hotel Group has started construction of two dual-brand hotels and serviced apartments: a 5-star Radisson Blu Hotel, a 4-star Radisson Red Hotel, Radisson Blu apartments and an international conference center. This complex, which will require a total investment of 400 million DH, is expected to open its doors at the end of 2027.

The American hotel group Radisson has launched an ambitious project at Casa Anfa, in the heart of Casablanca Finance City (CFC), the city’s new financial center, recognized as the leading financial center in Africa, alongside London and La Défense in . The future complex will include several renowned facilities, including the Radisson Blu Hotel & Apartments Casablanca Finance City (5 stars), the first Radisson RED Hotel Casablanca Finance City (4 stars) in North Africa, as well as an international conference center.

Modern and diversified facilities

The Radisson Blu will offer an all-day restaurant, a specialty rooftop restaurant, as well as a panoramic bar. It will also offer wellness facilities, including a spa, fitness center and outdoor rooftop swimming pool.

For its part, the Radisson RED will offer a restaurant and a poolside bar, as well as a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool, while also offering a rooftop swimming pool. For events and meetings, the Radisson Blu will have five meeting rooms. A 1,100 square meter conference center, including an auditorium, a large plenary room and three meeting rooms, will complete this offer. This complex will thus become a preferred destination for conferences and major events.

An ambitious investment for Morocco

The total cost of this project amounts to 400 million DH. This complex, with its 381 rooms, will strengthen the presence of the Radisson group in Morocco, where it currently has 11 hotels in operation and under development.

In strong expansion in the Kingdom, Radisson aims to reach more than 25 hotels in Morocco by 2030. This acceleration will result in a strengthening of its establishments in Casablanca, Marrakech, Taghazout, Saïdia and Al Hoceima. The group also plans to establish itself in other strategic cities such as Rabat, Tangier, Agadir and Fez, in anticipation of the 2030 FIFA World Cup in Morocco. Beyond this desire to expand its physical presence in the kingdom, Radisson Hotel Group is also seeking to diversify its offering, by developing high-end mixed-use projects and expanding its portfolio of exceptional hotel complexes.
