The DGSN announces the launch of the E-Police digital services portal

The design of the E-Police portal is based on a technological approach aimed at bringing together all the services provided by National Security in the same space, indicates the DGSN in a press release, stressing that this portal is characterized by ease of use. and includes the latest technologies and integrated digital solutions adopted in the field of e-government, such as rapid response to requests, remote identity verification and protection of personal and user data.

The DGSN ensured that the digitization of the anthropometric form is the first administrative service to be integrated into the new E-Police digital portal, continues the same source, indicating, in this regard, that from December 20, the Citizens will be able to request this administrative document online immediately after verifying their identity using the “Trusted Third Party” platform for identity verification and the “Digital Identity” portal designed by the DGSN.

In practice, this new service, integrated into the E-Police portal, allows citizens to remotely request an extract from the anthropometric file via their electronic national identity card, before carrying out the necessary procedures by electronically on the same portal, explains the DGSN.

Subsequently, an electronic notification is sent to the citizen concerned to inform them of the availability of the document and invites them, thus, to go to the nearest identity document registration center, and of their choice, with a view to withdrawing the document and this, within a shorter period than before.

In addition to the anthropometric form request service, the press release continues, the E-Police portal has been linked to a set of digital services provided by the DGSN, in particular the appointment request service to obtain the identity card. electronic national identity, the registration service for police competitions, as well as other services.

The launch of the E-Police portal constitutes the first phase of a continuous process of digitization of the public police service, this service project to include in its future phases the integration and digitization of the request for other administrative documents such as the certificate of residence and the application for renewal of the national electronic identity card in a single digital space.

The DGSN plans to activate this portal and expand the set of services it offers progressively, in order to guarantee community policing, on the one hand, and to simplify and optimize the services provided to citizens. , on the other hand, concludes the press release.
