A tripartite partnership agreement was signed on Monday in Casablanca for the digitalization of exchanges between courts and insurance companies. This involves the establishment of a platform allowing effective management of data and legal procedures.
The agreement involves the Ministry of Justice, the Insurance and Social Security Control Authority (ACAPS) and the Moroccan Insurance Federation (FMA).
The platform offers instant access to judicial data relating to insurance, with a view to accelerating the execution of judgments through the optimization of compensation mechanisms for victims, in addition to monitoring files linked to insurance companies.

This convention marks a crucial step in the modernization of the judicial system and the strengthening of trust between citizens and institutions, welcomes the Minister of Justice Abdellatif Ouahbi, quoted in a press release from his department.
“Thanks to this digital platform, we reaffirm our commitment to a more efficient and transparent judicial administration, in line with the vision of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, to reform public administration,” he added. .

For his part, the president of ACAPS, Abderrahim Chaffai stressed that this partnership reflects the common desire to improve interactions between insurance companies and citizens, by guaranteeing greater transparency and efficiency in the processing of files.
The deputy vice-president of the FMA, Bachir Baddou, affirmed that the signing of this agreement illustrates the firm commitment of the Federation to promote digital innovation in the insurance sector, thus contributing to improving the customer experience and strengthening the quality of the services offered.

The signatory parties reaffirmed their determination to mobilize the necessary resources to guarantee the optimal implementation of the agreement and to explore new paths for the development of the digitalization of public services.
