Justice 2.0: Partnership agreement to digitalize Courts-Insurance exchanges

This Monday, December 16, a tripartite partnership agreement was signed in Casablanca between the Ministry of Justice, ACAPS and the Moroccan Insurance Federation (FMA) to promote the digitalization of exchanges between Moroccan courts and insurance companies. insurance. This initiative aims to create an advanced digital platform to facilitate the management of data and legal procedures, increasing efficiency and transparency in the processing of insurance files.

The agreement aims to improve the efficiency of legal procedures, accelerate the execution of judgments, and simplify compensation mechanisms for victims. Thanks to this digital platform, insurance companies will have a personal account to monitor their files in real time, while allowing the parties concerned immediate access to judicial data.

Abdellatif Ouahbi, Minister of Justice, stressed that this initiative marks an important step in the modernization of the Moroccan judicial system, in harmony with the vision of HM King Mohammed VI for a reformed and more transparent public administration. He added that this platform will strengthen citizens’ trust in institutions.

For his part, Abderrahim Chaffai, President of ACAPS, and Bachir Baddou, Deputy Vice-President of the FMA, insisted on the importance of this partnership to guarantee more transparent and efficient exchanges between insurance companies and citizens.

The convention also marks an important step towards the generalization of digital courts and the improvement of digital public services in Morocco.
