Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has just been voted “Best Airline in Africa” during the 21st edition of the “GT Tested Reader Survey Awards”, organized by the prestigious US Global Traveler magazine.
“This major distinction, obtained for the second consecutive year, demonstrates Royal Air Maroc’s constant efforts towards a better customer experience. It also reflects the commitment of the national airline to strengthening air connectivity and Africa’s international influence,” indicates a RAM press release.
Quoted in the press release, the CEO of RAM said: “We are proud to have obtained, for the second consecutive year, this important distinction which reinforces our policy of continuous improvement. Our customers are at the center of our priorities, and I thank them for their trust and loyalty. They represent the central axis of our development plan.”
And to support: “We have carried out various projects and actions with the aim of offering our passengers an improved, constantly evolving travel experience. This quest for excellence drives our colleagues on the ground and in flight, whom I warmly thank in passing. We will continue this dynamic to consolidate our position as a leader in African air transport, while contributing to the influence of our country and our continent.”

A world reference in the travel industry, the GT Tested Reader Survey rewards, through a survey of 20,000 people, the best companies specializing in luxury tourism and travel. More than 80 categories are covered by this representative survey.
The Oneworld alliance, of which Royal Air Maroc has been a member since April 2020, was also rewarded during the 21st edition of the “GT Tested Reader Survey Awards”. It was voted “Best Airline Alliance” for the 15th consecutive year, confirming its leading role in global connectivity.
The alliance brings together 13 major world-class airlines and connects its members to a global network covering more than 900 destinations worldwide, placing it among the three largest global air transport alliances, the press release concludes.
