Tomorrow at dawn at the hour when the Dakar court clears I will go to support my friend Moustapha Diakhaté.
I would be witness to the liberation of justice, because we all know that Moustapha Diakhaté’s words should end up anywhere except in front of a judge, how will a judge judge this Wolof word by interpretation, sense or meaning?
Are we going to witness the trial of the Wolof language?
“ALKU” is this word that the pack ended up translating into an insult which simply means “LOSS” in French and in Arabic it is an accusatory adjective which means Pimp or Pimp this is my understanding of the word “Alkandé” “Perdition”
How many times does God remind us in the Koran, the Bible and the Thora (the revealed books) of the peoples who are in perdition equal alku in Wolof does this mean that the peoples are insulted (subhanala)? May God preserve us
Allah the Most High says: “The other party has deserved error because they have taken, instead of Allah, the devils for allies, and they think that they are rightly guided” (Quran, 7:30) .
Certainly those are in distress like those who think they have control over the independence of justice too.
The Prime Minister told anyone who would listen that the Minister of Justice has the obligation to satisfy his request to put in prison whoever he wants under the pretext that the Ministry of Justice is not a judicial power but a position policy that he controls as head of government.
Thank God there are still magistrates in the judiciary who will never be under anyone’s orders.
Tomorrow at dawn when freedom of opinion will be judged, I intend to be present to show friendship and affection to my elder Moustapha Diakhaté, I owe it to you.
