In response to an oral question on “support for the digitalization of Moroccan administrations”, Ms. Seghrouchni indicated that this repository aims to facilitate users’ access to some 600 digital services, adding that the ministry also works for the development and enrichment of the national inter-exchange platform as well as for the launch of the data and information exchange platform between the different administrations.
As part of supporting the digital maturity of public administration, the minister announced that her department has worked to develop a reference framework to measure the maturity of administrative data registers with a view to accelerate the implementation of the data exchange project and support administrations in its adoption and the definition of the procedures necessary to develop their registers.
Administrations benefit from financial support to digitize their services through the Public Administration Modernization Fund, support for the digital transition and the use of Amazigh, she noted.
Likewise, the ministry is working to simplify and digitize user journeys through the support and accompaniment of several ministerial departments in the simplification and digitization of their services, noted Ms. Seghrouchni, citing examples of the submission of applications to the free baccalaureate and the registration of children in school, in addition to priority areas linked to the generalization of social protection and the reform of the health system and investors, as part of urgent measures to improve the climate of business.
