A Pierreville warehouse linked to the Hells raided

In total, three searches took place, including one in Pierreville, in Centre-du-Québec, where a warehouse was dismantled.

On site, precursors used in the manufacture of synthetic drugs and hard crystals that could be found in methamphetamine or MDMA were found.

Tablets that were ready for resale were also seized.

On the Sorel-Tracy side, a residence and a car were searched.

“No one was arrested during the searches. There is only one individual who was arrested because he was on the scene when the police arrived, but he was released,” confirms SQ spokesperson Camille Savoie.

A complete report of the searches should be revealed on Wednesday for this purpose.

The searches follow an investigation which began a few weeks ago. However, they have no link with the search of the Hells Angels school club in Bécancour last week, confirms the SQ.

“ENRCO’s mandate is to specifically attack the leaders of organized crime, including members in good standing of the Hells Angels, in all regions of Quebec,” we specify.

Around fifty police officers were mobilized Tuesday morning to carry out the three searches.

They were also accompanied by several other specialized groups, including investigators, dog handlers, members of the Tactical Intervention Group (GTI), the forensic identification service and a team specializing in dismantling synthetic drugs .
