A few hours before its Champions League clash against Stade Brestois, FC Barcelona unveiled its group this Tuesday to face the surprising Ligue 1 representative.
FC Barcelona knows it is expected for this 5th day of the Champions League. Having recovered well after an initial defeat against AS Monaco, the Liga club has placed itself among the eight best teams in the League phase.
Currently 6th (9pts), Barça faces Stade Brestois in its home ground, at the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium in Montjuïc this Tuesday (9:00 p.m.).
The Catalans have revealed their squad for the match and the verdict is in: Lamine Yamal will not be there. As expected, the young Spaniard is not making a surprise return and will therefore not be included in the match sheet against the current 4th in the League phase, the astonishing Stade Brestois.
No problem, however, for some of the Catalan stars, from Gavi to Pedri, including Frenkie de Jong, Jules Koundé and Dani Olmo. At the same time Robert Lewandowksi is one of those summoned.
