Between the designer Tony Ward and the actress Sharon Stone, it's not just a story of rags. Over the course of the red carpets, the climbs of the steps and the photocalls, a great friendship based on mutual admiration developed. A few years ago, the actress was tempted by a sumptuous dress by the Italian-Lebanese artist; since then, the two friends have collaborated on numerous occasions.
This Friday, November 22, it was therefore dressed in a piece by Tony Ward that Sharon Stone came to receive her Stella della Mole prize, on the stage of the Turin Film Festival. The creation, in a deep red, made the actress sparkle thanks to the Charleston threads embroidered between the crystals. To complete this long mermaid dress with a plunging neckline, a long train floated behind her, made from three thousand silk organza flowers.

This sewing feat eclipsed anyone who stood next to Sharon Stone. The latter, more than living up to this finery, displayed a radiant smile throughout the evening. At 66 years old, the actress has not finished having fun on the red carpets, each time taking the time to pose for the photographers.

Sharon Stone hasn't said her last word
Awarded for her entire career, Sharon Stone took the opportunity to deliver a quick speech during her appearance on the Festival stage: “The clock is ticking but there is still time to make important films that can change the world. […] I'm about to have an exhibition at the Ara Pacis in Rome, and I hope it will also come to Turin. I attended the Mensa school from 8 to 12 years old, this pushed me to work more and more and to get involved today with the UN and the WHO, given the suffering that exists, we should all treat each other with more compassion. »
This is a clear message for the actress from the United States. The latter has also expressed her desire to leave the country since the election of Donald Trump, seriously considering buying a house in Italy.
