After a big victory against Japan and a memorable fight with the All Blacks, the XV of France dispute this Friday evening the 3rde match of his autumn tour against theArgentine. Time, channel, lines, referee… Here are all the infos namely before the face to face between the Blues and the Pumas.
France – Argentina: at what time
This is a schedule to which French rugby fans are relatively unfamiliar. But nothing very dramatic that said, the fervent followers of the Top 14 will be at worst 5 minutes ahead. Instead of 9:05 p.m. as is the case in prime time during championship days, this France – Argentina will start at 9:10 p.m.
France – Argentina: on which channel
Again, it was a small revolution when the announcement was made several weeks ago. Once again, the match of the XV of France against the Pumas will be broadcast on TF1 and not from the most usual broadcasters.
We may also have to get used to it, since TF1 also seems to be eyeing the broadcasting rights for the 6 Nations Tournament.
France – Argentina: the composition of the Blues
While continuity had been one of the key words of Fabien Galthié's first mandate, he now seems a little more inclined to implement more rotation in his team. With in particular some notable choices during this France – Argentina, such as the resting of Grégory Alldritt.
For this 3e test of the autumn tour, the coach and his staff thus made 4 changes, including the return of Léo Barré at the back.
XV of France: the composition against Argentina
The starting XV: Barred; Villière, Fickou, Moefana, Bielle-Biarrey ; (o) Ramos, (m) Dupont (chief) ; Boudehent, Olivon, Cros ; Meafou, Flament ; Atonio, Mauvaka, Gros.
Substitutes: Marchand, Wardi, Colombe, Guillard, Roumat, Gazzotti, Le Garrec, Gailleton.
France – Argentina: the composition of the Pumas
It is a team with a strong “French” sound that Felipe Contepomi will field on the pitch at the Stade de France since 10 of his players are currently playing in the Top 14. Including Toulouse Juan Cruz Mallía and Rochelais Joel Sclavi.
The composition of the Pumas
The starting XV: Mallia; Isgro, Cinty, Moroni, Delguy ; (o) Albornoz, (m) Garcia ; Gonzalez, Oviedo, Matera ; Rubiolo, Petty ; Slavi, Montoya (cap.), Rooster.
Substitutes : Ruiz, Calles, Gomez Codela, Molina, Kremer, Bazan Velez, S.Carreras, M. Carreras.
France – Argentina: which referee
While France – All Blacks had given the opportunity to see the excellent but relatively “green” Nika Amashukeli, he is the most experienced and no less excellent Luke Pearce who will be on the whistle during France – Argentina. A referee that the Blues know well, since he has already managed no less than 6 of their matches.
