Louis and Othmane met at college in Rabat, Morocco. Their friendship evolved along with their life journey. Once both in France, they decided to get into cooking and began by selling wraps on the campus of a business school.
After converting their apartment into a kitchen, they opened their first restaurant Rachid Dupont, in the 6th arrondissement of Lyon. Both lovers of couscous, they concoct a cuisine fusing both French and Moroccan culture.
By linking the traditional recipes of their grandmothers, Louis and Othmane imagined a couscous with duck or even chicken bacon. Everyone can thus appreciate the multiculturality of the restaurant, to the great happiness of the two founders.
Thanks to this gastronomy, they wish to promote the diversity and richness of these two cultures. A richness which is also found in the character representing Rachid Dupont. Indeed, like the restaurant, Rachid Dupont highlights the characteristics of this cultural mix. Building on their success, Othmane and Louis still have great ideas in their heads to promote better living together.
Practical. Rachid Dupont is located at 134 avenue Thiers, in the 6th arrondissement of Lyon.
