Rabat: meeting of the Board of Directors of the National Higher School of Administration

Rabat – The Board of Directors of the National School of Administration (ENSA) met on Wednesday in Rabat, under the chairmanship of the Minister Delegate in charge of the Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, representing the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch.

In a press release, the School indicates that Ms. El Fallah Seghrouchni praised, at the opening of this session, the achievements of the school since the last meeting of the Board of Directors, underlining its strategic role in the training of qualified executives meeting the growing demands of public administration.

For her part, the general director of ENSA, Nada Biaz, presented an assessment of the school’s significant achievements and detailed the strategic perspectives for the years to come.

She also presented the “Cap ENSA 2026” strategy, which aims to strengthen initial and continuing training programs, develop research capacities and extend ENSA’s international reach.

The Council concluded this session with the validation of a series of decisions necessary to continue and support the development of the School.

In particular, it approved the general orientations of the School’s training and research system, its action plan for the period 2024-2025 and its budget for the year 2025, as well as the various partnership agreements signed both at the national and international.

By the law creating the School, the ENSA Board of Directors is made up of representatives of the government, public institutions, the private sector and university and scientific institutions, a diversity which guarantees effective management and continuous support for the School. institutional development of the school and its influence, concludes the press release.
