Mohammedia – In Mohammedia, the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH) plays a key role in promoting entrepreneurship and supporting young project leaders, who benefit from support during all stages of bringing the project to fruition. project.

The impact of the actions undertaken within the framework of the third phase of this Initiative, in particular the “Income improvement and economic inclusion of young people” program, is felt in many respects, contributing strongly to supporting entrepreneurship and spirit of initiative among young people.

A major axis of intervention of the INDH which relies mainly on the action of service provider partners, within the Youth Platforms of the Mohammedia prefecture, offering support to project leaders aged 18 to 45 years old. , provided by experts and specialists in the field.

This support covers both upstream stages, such as training, assistance with formalizing the project and access to financing, as well as downstream stages, constituting for this purpose an essential lever to promote inclusion. economic and local development.

Concerning the achievements, nearly 144 projects were financed as part of the entrepreneurship support axis, for a total amount exceeding 16.7 million dirhams, with a contribution from the INDH reaching 13.5 million dirhams, according to a report presented Monday in Mohammedia.

During a ceremony organized at the Prefectural Entrepreneurship Support Center, in celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week, it was also highlighted that the Prefectural Economic Development Committee (CPDE) validated, during its last session, the support of 76 projects within the framework of the same axis, pending final approval by the CPDH at its next meeting.

Initiated by the CPDH of Mohammedia, in partnership with the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills (ANAPEC), the Foundation for Research, Development and Innovation in Science and Engineering (FRDISI), as well as stakeholders local and institutional partners, this celebration was marked by the presence of several project leaders benefiting from support within the framework of the third phase of the INDH.

“The celebration of this day constitutes an opportunity for young entrepreneurs in the Mohammedia prefecture to discover the opportunities offered by the different sectors present in the territory,” declared the head of the Social Action division at the Mohammedia prefecture. , Khadija Jilal.

She stressed, in a statement to MAP, that the presence of numerous professionals from various sectors also constitutes a valuable opportunity for young people to discuss their projects, while benefiting from personalized support, in order to maximize development potential. of their businesses.

For her part, the prefectural director of ANAPEC in Mohammedia, Maryem Laamiri, indicated that this Agency is organizing a caravan for entrepreneurship on a national scale as part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, which is being held from November 11 to 17.

She added, in a similar statement, that this initiative aims to support young entrepreneurs in improving their projects and businesses, by providing them with the resources and coaching necessary to succeed.

This day of celebration was marked by an interactive workshop aimed at introducing young entrepreneurs to the opportunities available, in order to promote the growth and sustainability of their projects, as well as to develop their practical and theoretical skills necessary to integrate a competitive economic environment.
