Published on November 11, 2024 at 10:35. / Modified on November 11, 2024 at 10:39.

  • The Vaud University Hospital Center and the Federation of Vaudois IT Hospitals opposed the suspension of their call for tenders.

  • The court confirmed the suspensive effect, rejecting the arguments of the contracting authorities.

  • They attempted to minimize the scope of a criterion which gave rise to the appeal.

  • Furthermore, the court considers that they are responsible for the emergency situation they are claiming.

This is a new setback for the call for tenders from the Vaud University Hospital Center (CHUV) and the Federation of Vaud Computer Hospitals (FHVi) aimed at acquiring a new clinical information system. The Court of Administrative and Public Law of the Cantonal Court decided to maintain the suspensive effect provisionally granted in October in a decision rendered Thursday, November 7, we learned Time. The contracting authorities had in fact requested on October 21 the lifting of the said suspensive effect. The court must always rule on the merits.
