This is what the president of the PQ political committee, Camille Pellerin-Forget, confirms in a Facebook publication.
“The National Executive Council (CEN) noted substantial breaches of the duty of loyalty and a breach of confidentiality which falls to the elected members of the Parti Québécois authorities,” she affirmed.
Vincent Boulay was therefore expelled from this commission, but could still remain a member of the group. He will no longer be eligible for elected office within the party for a period of two years.
“Big lack of respect for an activist,” exclaimed the main person concerned on social networks.
The activist was threatened with expulsion earlier this week following the publication of an open letter in The Journalon October 24.
In his letter, Mr. Boulay revealed disturbing revelations concerning the situation at the Bedford school and criticized comments made by the leader of the PQ, Paul St-Pierre Plamondon.
