The Bobigny public prosecutor's office announced Friday, November 8 in a press release that it “appeal of the decision to place under judicial supervision” of the mother of Santiago, the child kidnapped from a hospital in Seine-Saint-Denis on October 25.
This woman was arrested with her partner in Amsterdam three days later, then handed over to France on Thursday November 7 in the afternoon, before being indicted for kidnapping and sequestration.
