The Moroccan National Tourism Office (ONMT) received, on Tuesday, the prize for “Most Welcoming Destination” at the Arab Travel Awards, organized on the sidelines of the World Travel Market (WTM).
Indeed, the Office is participating in this high mass of tourism with an 800 m2 pavilion, a VIP networking zone and spaces dedicated to the regions in the spotlight this year, namely Marrakech-Safi and Agadir-Souss Massa, the two most popular destinations for British tourists.
This unique pavilion is designed to highlight the cultural richness of Morocco, the diversity of its cuisine and the know-how of its artisans. Note that the World Tourism Show (WTM), which is held from November 5 to 7 in east London, marks this year its “largest edition to date”, with an expansion of the surface area of the event and 7% growth in exhibitors. This 44th edition, marked as usual by a distinguished participation from Morocco, welcomes a record number of more than 4,000 exhibitors, including nearly a hundred who are participating in this event for the first time, thus reflecting the prosperity of the sector. world tourism, organizers said.
