The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) is taking a new step in the process of digitalization of its services. From now on, its pensioners are exempt from submitting a life certificate or going to agencies to prove that they are still alive.
The National Social Security Fund (CNSS) continues its process of continuous improvement in the quality of its services. In a press release, the CNSS informs its pensioners residing in Morocco that from the current year they are exempt from submitting a life certificate or traveling to agencies to prove that they are still alive. The CNSS emphasizes that this exemption is the result of the establishment of a dematerialized system, based on the electronic exchange of information and data with partner administrations and institutions, to verify that pension beneficiaries are alive. As for beneficiaries of pensions paid abroad, they will receive a life check form which they must complete by the competent authority, before returning it to the CNSS, once signed and sealed by the attesting body, specifies the same source.
