Saccording to the press release published on November 5, 2024, they will no longer have to provide a life certificate or travel to agencies to prove their existence.
This innovation is part of a “process of continuous improvement of the quality of its services”, specifies the press release. The CNSS has set up a new, entirely dematerialized system to carry out these checks. The device is based on “electronic exchange of information and data with partner administrations and institutions”, adds the press release.
On the other hand, for pensioners residing abroad, the procedure remains unchanged. The statement said they “will receive a life check form which they will be required to complete by the competent authority and return it to the CNSS signed and sealed by the certifying body”.
To support this transition, the CNSS provides two dedicated numbers: 3939 for residents in Morocco, and 05 20 20 36 55 for beneficiaries established abroad. This modernization of services demonstrates the institution’s desire to simplify administrative procedures for its users.
