The shooting was linked to drug trafficking, he confirmed: “The first elements of the investigation suggest that the shooter may have been involved in the sale of narcotics in the Couronneries sector in the preceding days.” A search took place Friday morning in Poitiers and “enabled the discovery of seven munitions” et “partial elements of a disassembled weapon”. The targeted accommodation “would have been occupied by a man whose identity is being identified”.
