Gault&Millau yesterday unveiled the 22nd edition of the Belgium and Luxembourg Guide. In 2024, inspectors anonymously identified the best restaurants in the country, in order to compose a guide containing more than 1,400 addresses. In Liège, the Toma restaurant (also Michelin-starred) remains by far the best gourmet restaurant in the city. Note the good progress of Caudalie which, thanks to the creative and gourmet cuisine of the young chef Simon Poletto, has gained half a point compared to last year and is now at the same level as the Héliport Brasserie (another starred restaurant) .
