Mickaëlle Paty is determined to face the accused, just like her sister, who also came to the hearing with her family Monday morning.

In the box, eight defendants are suspected of having stoked hatred of Abdoulakh Anzorov, the terrorist killed by the police. Among them, the father of a student, who relayed, in a video published on the internet, the lies told by his daughter. A radicalized preacher also denounced the professor in a video.

Samuel Paty's mother, his sisters and his ex-wife will take the stand on Friday, November 8.
