This feature film offers a captivating fable exploring the complex themes of family, property and environmental destruction, revealing the crucial issues of our time.
“Indivision” tells the story of a family who reunites at Mansouria, the old undivided family estate on a hill in Tangier. The opportunity to sell a huge parcel of the estate to a real estate developer will make them millionaires, but the transaction turns out to be more complicated than expected. “
Born in 1970, Leila Kilani made her first documentaries in the 2000s with highly acclaimed films (“Tanger the Dream of the Burners”, in 2002, on candidates for emigration to Europe, “D’ici et d’ ‘ailleurs’, a documentary on industrial memory in France, as well as ‘Our forbidden places’ in 2008) before directing ‘Sur la plank’, his first feature-length fiction film.
