PLF 2025: Adouls denounce fines for registration errors

The Adouls have stepped up against certain provisions, deemed unfair, of the Finance bill in 2025. These provisions include “unilateral” decisions complicating the daily work of the Adouls and undermining the legal prerogatives of the profession, according to professionals. These include Article 206 of the PLF, which provides for heavy financial sanctions and fines for this category of professionals in the event of errors being noted during the electronic registration process of contracts and official judicial certificates. A provision that the Adouls categorically reject, calling on the Ministry of Economy and Finance to withdraw it and activate the control of specialized commissions with a view to guaranteeing the accuracy of contracts recorded electronically.
