Coordinator – Label | Cult Nation

As our label expands, a new career opportunity opens up within our team. As Label Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the action, orchestrating promotional campaigns, supporting relationships with influential partners, and ensuring the administrative monitoring essential to the success of the label. With an eye on every detail, you will manage contracts, keep our catalog information up to date and facilitate our synchronization and financial support processes. This key role will allow you to play an active role in expanding our reach and the influence of our artists, including Charlotte Cardin, Alicia Moffet, Lubalin and several other developing talents.

Main responsibilities:

  • Marketing and promotional support: Assist in the creation and writing of marketing documents (biographies, press releases, newsletters, advertisements, etc.), coordinate promotional campaigns with external partners, handle press relations for project releases and events with the support of the label , and carry out any other task relating to the promotion.
  • Management of communication resources and website: Maintain contact lists, manage mailings, collect and organize press reviews, run digital campaigns and update the Label section of the Cult Nation website.
  • Contract and catalog management: Collect and organize contractual information for musical releases (IPI, splits, etc.), manage contracts related to SMG, and keep the catalogs up to date in the database.
  • Synchronization Support and Licensing: Draft contracts and licenses for synchronization projects, ensuring agreements are in order.
  • Grant management: Identify available grants, write applications in collaboration with the label and financial teams.

YOUR PROFILE
To shine in this role, the following qualifications and experience will come in handy:

  • Formation : A college or university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or with easily transferable skills. Music experience would be a fantastic asset, but not a requirement.
  • Organization and attention to detail: A natural talent for administrative management and an attention to detail to maintain impeccable promotional tools and catalogs.
  • Writing and communication skills: A sharp pen for writing impactful texts and documents, and a talent for collaborating with our partners and internal teams.
  • Bonus : Do you have knowledge of music marketing, public relations, music rights, catalog management and/or synchronization? This would be an asset but not necessarily required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Salary : according to experience, on an annual basis
  • Period trial: 3 months
