In a survey published this Thursday, October 10, Le Figaro reveals that a French graphic designer renowned in the world of animation will be tried by French justice for having ordered hundreds of livestreaming rapes (live on the internet) of children in the Philippines. In France, the body responsible for investigating this phenomenon is the Minors Office (Ofmin), headed by Police Commissioner Gabrielle Hazan. She challenges public opinion on “the banality of the profiles of these authors” of this practice on the rise since the health crisis.
LE FIGARO – In the context of the affair revealed by Le Figaro the accused went to legal “sex show” sites with adults, before switching to a private conversation, with the presence of minors. Is this a frequently used ploy?
