Who is All Boivin, the fugitive for whom the Sûreté du Québec is now offering a reward of $250,000?

Authorities are now offering $250,000 for any information that could lead to the arrest of Blood Family Mafia (BFM) member All Boivin, one of the 10 most wanted criminals in Quebec.

On April 24, the Sûreté du Québec joined forces with the Bolo Program, an organization aimed at “making communities safer” by encouraging citizens to keep their eyes open to locate the most wanted suspects in the country.

A sum of $100,000 was then offered to encourage the population to help in tracking down the fugitive.

But now with the worsening acts of violence linked to the drug war in the province, the Bolo Program has more than doubled the amount of the reward, until December 3, 2024.

Remember that according to the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), All Boivin is the one pulling the strings of the BFM in the Saguenay—Lac-Saint-Jean region. An innocent man was also shot in La Baie last April, following an order from the criminal.

Several mandates

The man is wanted on Canada-wide arrest warrants for charges related to drug trafficking, trafficking conspiracy and possession for the purpose of trafficking a substance.

All of this has occurred since August 2021 in the cities of Saguenay, Quebec, Brossard and Abbotsford, British Columbia.

All Boivin is 1.83 m (6′) tall and weighs 110 kg (242 lb). He has brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a scar on his left shoulder and tattoos on his left hand, his entire left arm, his neck, and his upper right arm.

“To escape justice, the investigation shows that he uses false identities. He could be anywhere in Quebec,” indicates the police force in a press release.

Any information that could help find this individual can be communicated, confidentially, to the Criminal Information Center of the Sûreté du Québec by telephone at 1 800 659-4264.
