A few days after this tragedy, during the 8 p.m. news on TF1 on Sunday October 6, Anne-Claire Coudray announced that the funeral of Michel Blanc will take place on Thursday October 10 at 2 p.m., at the Saint-Eustache church, in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.

In an interview with RTL, Gérard Jugnot shared the first information concerning the circumstances of the death of his old friend. “I was told he had a huge allergy to a medication. I know they tried to resuscitate him. It was terrible. But he left…,” he confided.
