The documentary film about Inoxtag’s ascent of Everest is being shown in many cinemas across France, Belgium and Switzerland. But the tickets are selling out.
While he plans a free broadcast on YouTube of his documentary called Kaizen EverestInoxtag can already celebrate a certain success: that of the sale of tickets for preview screenings at the cinema. The opening of the ticket office has also caused some technical difficulties.
When they went on sale on September 3 at 5:30 p.m., it was very difficult to get tickets, especially for the Paris screening at the Grand Rex, whose website remained inaccessible for several minutes.
“You crashed Allociné” Inoxtag also joked on his Instagram account. The Allociné platform – belonging to the company Webedia, with which the YouTuber has a contract – was in fact the only one to be highlighted by the official website of the documentary to buy tickets.
A platform that Internet users ultimately had to turn away from to find tickets. Still on Instagram, Inoxtag recommended to its subscribers not to use cinema platforms, but to go directly to the sales sites of the theaters themselves.
In this documentary, we will discover Inoxtag during his ascent of Everest – which he apparently succeeded in doing – with a guide specialized in high mountains. But his ascent will not be the only element of the video which promises to follow his training “for a year” to succeed in reaching the highest peak in the world: “An inspiring, moving, funny documentary on an extraordinary adventure,” assure the organizers.
