Violence in eastern DRC: Belgians urged to leave the area if they can or to stay in a safe place

Intense fighting at the gates of the large city of Goma resumed on Sunday in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, between the Congolese army and the anti-government group M23, which is supported by Rwanda and its army.
