After attending Donald Trump’s inauguration, several hundred guests are now attending the first dinner of his presidency.

American products were highlighted in this menu, revealed by the organizing committee, which has three courses.



As a starter, guests will enjoy crab croquettes from the Chesapeake Bay (on the Atlantic coast) accompanied by tomato tartare and marinated vegetables.

A big meat lover, Donald Trump and his guests are treated to an Angus rib-eye steak drizzled with a red wine and truffle sauce. Dwarf carrots, broccoli and potato gratin finish the dish.

An Oklahoma apple dessert is planned with ice cream and salted caramel.



Several wines from California and New Mexico are to be served throughout lunch.

Diet Coke should be available to the 47th President of the United States who does not drink alcohol and is a big fan of soda.
