Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremony scheduled for Monday is being moved inside the Capitol due to the polar cold expected in Washington, the president-elect announced Friday on his Truth Social network.

“An arctic wind is sweeping the country. Therefore, I have decided that the inauguration speech will be delivered in the rotunda of the Capitol, as for Ronald Reagan in 1985,” wrote Donald Trump, who is preparing to experience his second inauguration, eight years after the first.
