A 9-year-old girl, hearing and visually impaired, missing in Charleroi

The police launched a wanted notice at dawn on Monday following the disappearance the day before in Charleroi of a nine-year-old girl, hearing and visually impaired.

Maya Charles was last seen on Sunday at 9:05 p.m. near her home located on rue de Sélestat in Charleroi. Since then, she has not appeared again.

The girl is approximately 1m40 tall and of strong build, has blue eyes and short, brown, straight hair, according to the description in the wanted poster. She has a round face and a scar under her right eye. She wears black glasses with red temples.
