Tuesday January 7 in the evening, a road intervention in Lisle-sur-Tarn (Tarn) degenerated. Three firefighters from the Gaillac fire and rescue center were attacked by the victim they were caring for. While assisting a person in a traffic accident, the crew was violently attacked, reports Sdis 81 on its Facebook page.

The incident took place inside the ambulance, where the alcoholic victim attacked the rescuers unexpectedly. Three firefighters were injured. Fortunately, after receiving treatment at the hospital, they were able to return home.

The Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS) of Tarn reacted firmly, “The Tarn SDIS condemns in the strongest terms the aggression of which these firefighters were victims in the exercise of their duties, and assures them of all its support.

A complaint was filed by the SDIS so that the author could be prosecuted and the president of the Tarn department denounced “unacceptable acts.”
