A fugitive is wanted after injuring two flaggers on the Félix-Leclerc highway

The Sûreté du Québec is seeking the public’s help to identify a suspicious vehicle in connection with a hit-and-run collision that occurred around 10 p.m. on December 5, on the Félix-Leclerc highway, near the curve leading to the highway Dufferin eastbound.

This suspicious vehicle hit two flaggers who were trying to block the road with cones, then continued towards Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré.

Both flaggers suffered minor injuries.

Description of the suspect vehicle: it is a Chevrolet Cobalt from 2006 to 2010, blue in color, 2 doors, with a rear spoiler and gray 5-spoke rims.

Description of the suspect: he would be aged 50 to 60 years old, with a rather short salt-and-pepper colored beard, salt-and-pepper hair, wearing a black t-shirt with the inscription “Head Rush” in white, excess weight and smoking a cigarette.
