Things are moving in the affair of the boss of Stam Global business, Abo Mbacké known as Amir Abo. The information open to the Financial Judicial Pool (Pjf) is progressing rapidly. According to Seneweb sources, the investigating judge in charge of the case began the hearings on the merits today with the civil parties. The magistrate heard the architect, Pierre Atépa Goudiaby who maintained his accusations against the accused Amir Abo. The complainant accuses Amir of fraud, relating to two house plans which he values at 800,000,000 FCFA.
The hearing of Amir Abo and a confrontation against Atépa Goudiaby was scheduled. But the hearing was adjourned. Because still according to sources, elements of findings made during the preliminary investigation have not yet been included in the file.
The same sources also reported that the trader Mame Diarra Tall who was behind the arrest of Amir Abo finally withdrew her claim as a civil party. She received through her lawyer the reimbursement of 100,000,000 FCFA that she had declared. However, the judge may consider it necessary to hear it for simple information.
The Gélongal group is also a civil party in this story. With journalist Cheikh Yerim Seck, the artists accuse Amir Abo of fraud, relating to a documentary project on Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed Ben Salman. They estimated the financing of the documentary at 435 million dollars or approximately 271 billion FCFA.
