“For Rural Coordination, the account is still not there”, reacts the president of the agricultural union, Véronique Le Floc'h, on franceinfo, Saturday November 30. In the morning, the Minister of Agriculture, Annie Genevard, announced measures “around one priority: simplify”.

If the FNSEA and the Young Farmers welcome announcements which “going in the right direction”the Rural Coordination (CR) believes that “the simplification is not there”. Véronique Le Floc'h believes that the minister's actions do not follow her words. An exchange took place on Friday.

The union and Annie Genevard found several points “All right”, says on franceinfo Véronique Le Floc'h. For example, on alternatives to phytosanitary products, the Minister of Agriculture also believes that it is not “may be banned without solution”. On the end of the overtransposition of European standards in the agricultural field, “the minister agreed”continues the president of the CR.

More “she brings us a plant monitoring orientation committee”, adds, bitterly, Véronique Le Floc’h. Created by decree, this Steering Council for crop protection, chaired by the minister and bringing together stakeholders including farmers, research institutes and manufacturers of phytosanitary products, will aim to “prioritize instruction” by the Health Safety Agency (ANSES) requests for authorization of inputs, depending on the needs of the agricultural sectors.

Rural Coordination will “Of course” continue its actions, warns the president of the union. Véronique Le Floc'h specifies that farmers plan to mobilize “from Monday in Vendée”, but also “in Berry and Champagne-Ardenne”. Actions are planned at the Belgian border and the Spanish border.
