The moral fault he attributes to the Prime Minister is his announcement yesterday, in Le Figaro of a “significant drop in state medical aid” for illegal immigrants, seen as a gesture in favor of the National Rally. “It’s a shame, but also economic nonsense and health nonsense!”rails the coordinator of France Insoumise, before specifying that “AME expenditure is estimated at 1 billion euros, it is not even 1% of the social security budget”. According to Manuel Bompard, the Prime Minister is trying to save himself with these late announcements and avoid, next week, the RN's vote on the motion of censure, after a probable recourse to 49.3 on the budget.

But it’s wasted effort, assures the Insoumis. “Mr Barnier is going to fall, everyone knows it, there is no doubt.” Marine Le Pen has, in fact, never stopped repeating that“as is”the RN would not vote on the budget and could therefore join the motion of censure.
