Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) had a perfect weekend in Assen. The Italian, winner of the sprint on Saturday, won the Dutch GP in the MotoGP class for the third consecutive year.

Bagnaia dominated the proceedings on Sunday in the main race to win with a 3”676 lead over world championship leader Jorge Martin (Ducati). Third, Enea Bastianini (Ducati) completed the 26 laps of the legendary Dutch circuit more than 7 seconds behind her compatriot.

This victory, his 23rd in the premier category, allows Bagnaia to move back to 10 points behind Martin in the world championship. A Jorge Martin who did rather well: 2nd in qualifying, he was penalized three places on the grid for driving too slowly while remaining on the line during qualifying.

Noah Dettwiler (KTM) could not do better than a 23rd place in the Moto3 race, won by the Spaniard Ivan Ortola. The 19-year-old from Basel, who is experiencing his first full season in the world championship, remains for the moment at 2 points in the general classification thanks to his 14th place in Austin in mid-April.
