Welcomed by thunderous applause and ululations on the stage of the prestigious theater for her first participation in the Festival, the Lebanese diva, dressed in a sumptuous Moroccan caftan, enchanted music lovers with her presence and her talent as a capable performer. to master different musical scales and styles.

Accompanied by the spectators who played the role of choristers on numerous occasions during her performance, the polyglot artist (she sings in more than 20 languages), whose variety of repertoire aroused the admiration of the public of the 19th edition of the Festival, has created a romantic universe with a melancholy note, where feelings and emotions are expressed through the power of words and notes.

In front of an audience won over in advance, Abeer Nehme began his concert with the interpretation of a magnificent musical bouquet composed of poetic songs such as Waynak, Bi Saraha et Ya Nassim al-Rih where the singer’s artistic sensitivity was clearly revealed by her melodious voice and her ability to bring a personal touch to famous titles like Li Beirut de Fayrouz.

Capable of easily going up and down high notes, the multi-talented Lebanese artist also amazed the audience with her magnificent opera voice, which she graced with as she performed the Andalusian song Lamma Bada Yatathana.

Abeer Nehme, always accompanied by applause, transported the audience on a journey to the heart of the Levant, where musical and cultural diversity was celebrated through songs of rare lyricism and pure sensitivity.

Drowned in this magical atmosphere and carried by catchy titles for some and calm for others, the spectators, admiring this star who came to add his brilliance to the Festival, were blown away by the unclassifiable performance of the artist who plays with his strings vocals in a disconcerting way, without setting limits or imposing a rigid guideline, as was the case when she interpreted Ghani Qalilan.

Moved by this unique performance, which ended with the interpretation of the Moroccan song Ben Bladi by Abdessadeq Cheqara, the public warmly applauded this artist whose talent, hard work, authenticity and unwavering love for Morocco can only be praised.

This star of Arab music, who stands out for his mastery of traditional, modern and religious musical codes, took the audience of the Mohammed V National Theater to the four corners of the Levant, highlighting the cultural diversity of the Arab world and its musical richness, anchored in a thousand-year-old history.

Famous for his ability to perform dialogues between different styles of music, such as traditional oriental modality styles, Lebanese styles, Syriac-Aramaic religious ethnic style, Greek Byzantine religious style and opera and modern western styles, Abeer Nehme played the role principal in various musical pieces, participating as a guest of honor alongside big stars at international festivals around the world. She has also performed as a soloist in several concerts, accompanied by various international philharmonic orchestras.
