This morning, rail traffic is severely disrupted due to exceptional work at Renens station.

Many lines are affected, including EC, IC1, IC5, IR15, IR90, RE33, as well as regional lines R1 to R6. This work, which restricts train traffic, should last at least until 8:00 a.m. according to the CFF.

Despite these difficulties, certain trains, such as those on line RE33 (184xx), continue to run between Lausanne and Geneva. However, delays and cancellations are expected on other lines.

Replacement buses are being sought to limit the impact on travelers. Users are invited to consult real-time information to plan their trips.

Development follows.
