Arrested at the same time as their boss, Ndella Madior Diouf, as part of the investigation into the Keur Yeurmandé nursery, three collaborators of the latter, namely Cheikh Tidiane Ndiaye, Djiby Sow and El Hadji Sène, are now missing.
Cheikh Tidiane Ndiaye was the businesswoman’s personal assistant, Djiby Sow ensured the security of the nursery as a guard, and El Hadji Sène was a presenter at Saphir FM, the radio owned by Ndella Madior Diouf. All three are accused of having buried two babies who died in Keur Yeurmandé and had been placed under a committal warrant before obtaining provisional release.
However, according to information from the newspaper Les Échos, the magistrate in charge of this case noted their disappearance. Consequently, a report of deficiency will be drawn up by the clerk and countersigned by the investigating judge.
This situation further complicates the situation of Ndella Madior Diouf, still in detention. The latter has already submitted numerous requests for provisional release, the last of which dates back to October 30. The flight of her three collaborators could encourage the judge to be more reluctant to grant her request, for fear that she would also try to flee, indicates the newspaper.
