The former Minister of Finance and Budget, Mamadou Moustapha Bâ, died on November 4, 2024 in France, at the age of 59. His death aroused great emotion within the nation. A ceremony marked by contemplation was held on Wednesday in Nioro du Rip, in the Kaolack region, where he was buried at the Nouroulaye cemetery.
