A woman was found dead on Wednesday November 13 in Switzerland, indicates France Bleu Pays de Savoie. Even if she has yet to be formally identified, according to a judicial source at France Bleu, it cannot be ruled out that she could be the mother of the three children found dead, stabbed to death on Tuesday in Taninges. (Haute-Savoie).
Investigators found a woman's body in a car parked in Switzerland, on the other side of the border with Haute-Savoie, France Bleu Pays de Savoie learned from consistent sources. The body has yet to be identified. Fingerprints have so far been taken. The Bonneville prosecutor must issue a press release this evening.
The mother of the three children found dead has been sought since Tuesday afternoon by more than sixty gendarmes. The three victims – aged 2, 11 and 13 and found by relatives of the mother – were stabbed to death in their chalet in Taninges on Tuesday. A letter from the mother was also found.
The mother, a 45-year-old teacher described as depressed, is suspected of having committed triple infanticide. The investigators directed their research towards Switzerland. The possibility of a flight abroad was immediately favored by the police.
