In a press release received by Dakaractu, the businessman and leader of the new Senegalese generation on the move, Adama Bèye, is concerned about the increase in violence during the electoral campaign. This is why he sent a strong message to young people, to the new generation.

“Today I am speaking to Senegalese youth, inviting everyone to exercise restraint and peace. The post-election tensions that we are experiencing must not divide us, nor distance us from our potential. We all belong to this same generation, sharing a common future and dreams of a strong and prosperous Senegal”, he indicates in the document.

For Adama Bèye, “our oil, gas and infrastructure resources are pillars for building a bright future, and it is our responsibility not to compromise these achievements by following divisionist speeches. I therefore ask each citizen to exercise discernment and solidarity, beyond political positions and speeches, together, let us remain united so that our country becomes the leading economic power in West Africa,” he said to the youth.
