In accordance with high royal directives and the content of national government policies, and as part of its strategy oriented towards Moroccans around the world, the Omrane Group, under the aegis of the Ministry of National Territorial Preparation, Urban Planning, Housing and City Policy. , is organizing the 2024 edition of its international mobile exhibition “Omrane Expo Marocains du Monde”.

The exhibition, which spans six stages, aims to strengthen interaction and communication with our citizens residing abroad, to intensify opportunities for exchange and to listen to their expectations and needs, as well as to embody the proximity policy pursued by the group, which places the citizen, whether in Morocco or abroad, at the center of its concerns.

The opening ceremony was chaired by Hosni Al-Ghazawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Omran Group, accompanied by Mr. Murad bin Ibrahim, Economic Advisor to His Excellency Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Canada, to whom attended by representatives. of various social and professional groups and components of civil society of Moroccans living in Canada.

Like previous sessions, the Montreal scene saw the organization of a symposium on the sidelines of the opening day.

This occasion was an opportunity to highlight the major reforms underway in the housing sector in Morocco as part of the national policy aimed at responding to growing housing needs, improving the living conditions of citizens and to strengthen the country’s attractiveness for investments.

The new direct housing assistance program, launched under the royal directives of His Majesty the King, may God bless him, and under the supervision of the Ministry of Guardians, is an ideal embodiment of these efforts and initiatives.

This symposium also included an intervention by Hosni Al-Ghazawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Al-Omran Group, where he underlined at the beginning the commitment of the group, as a public agency responsible for implementing government policies in the sector. , to support the guardian ministry in the success of its efforts, particularly within the framework of its new strategic vision which places the citizen at the heart of its interests.

Hosni Al-Ghazawi also presented the new digital platform (www.alomrane.gov.ma) for purchasing assistance, which allows Moroccan citizens, whether they reside in Morocco or abroad, to access all information related to the products offered for sale, such as location, area, price and nearby facilities.

It should be noted that this new platform embodies the commitments of the Al-Omran Group within the framework of its new directives which aim to strengthen proximity and transparency towards citizens, with the support of its digital transformation strategy implemented by the group to provide services that match their aspirations.

Today, this new acquisition support platform is considered a key tool in this mission, because it facilitates access to the group’s offers and services, and provides online and real-time access to around 23,000 housing in more than 520 projects (apartments, land and businesses). ) available for sale throughout the national territory.

In a similar context, Al-Ghazawi highlighted that Al-Omran Group has made significant progress towards comprehensive digital transformation, which reflects its strong commitment to innovation and providing high-quality services to the customer.

In this context, he announced the official launch of the new digital platform “AlOmraneAssist”, which is a digital tool dedicated to technical support for Moroccans around the world.

This project aims to offer Moroccan citizens residing abroad an effective tool allowing them to seamlessly monitor the progress of their real estate projects, whether intended for housing or investment.

This event was distinguished by the valuable contribution of the participants, who represent the different social and professional groups and the components of the civil society of Moroccans living in Canada, and the expression of the particular interest they have in contributing further to the development of their homeland, and their involvement in the efforts deployed by the Ministry of National Territorial Planning, Construction, Housing, City Policy and Urban Grouping, in response to the call royal high for more participation strength of Moroccans around the world in the development process of the Kingdom.

Note that the “Urban Expo Marocains du Monde” exhibition in its 2024 edition was launched in May, with a first stage in Madrid, Spain, from May 31 to June 2, 2024, followed by a stage in , in . , from September 27 to 29.
