Huawei Morocco and Hassan II University of Casablanca join forces to train the digital talents of tomorrow

Huawei Morocco has just signed a partnership agreement with the Hassan II University of Casablanca (UH2C). This initiative, the result of collaboration between two partners, aims to strengthen the digital skills of Moroccan students through innovative teaching methods, in order to prepare them for the demands of a changing job market. This partnership is part of the higher education reform led by the Ministry of Higher Education, in accordance with the Action Plan for Change and Transformation of Higher Education (ESRI PACT 2030), explains Huawei in his press release.

The “Code 212” center offers a hybrid and multidisciplinary platform to train UH2C students in areas of the future such as Artificial Intelligence, the Cloud, big data and the Internet of Things (IoT). Thanks to innovative teaching methods, it offers a learning environment combining theory and practice, thus promoting the development of students’ potential. Additionally, intensive workshops are organized to strengthen their technical skills and prepare them to play a key role in technological innovation.

Speaking on this occasion, Mr. Jason Chen, Vice President of Huawei Morocco, underlined: “We are proud to collaborate with Hassan II University of Casablanca to launch the ‘Code 212’ center. This project embodies our commitment to education and innovation, and we are confident that it will play a key role in training future technology leaders. Through this meaningful collaboration, Huawei Maroc intends to promote training of excellence, focused on the future and capable of training the experts who will support Morocco’s digital transformation.

The partnership between UH2C and Huawei Maroc is part of a strategy aimed at training local talents through various educational programs, in particular the “Digitech Talent” program. This program offers a learning and exchange platform for experts and students, with training designed to develop young talents and foster an inclusive and innovative digital community.
