The application which should “simplify the administrative life of citizens”, MyGov.be, has been available since Tuesday. The possibilities offered by version 1.0. are still very limited but the tool could become essential in the coming years.

With what we could describe as a “Belgian digital identity wallet” or even an “administration Waze”. However, we are still very far from achieving the stated ambitions.
